The conditions of our price are:

• Breakfast is not included.
• Guest must pay for electricity fee (THB 7/unit) and water fee (THB 20/unit). The rates may be inconstant due to the economic condition.
• Insurance deposit costs THB 10,000 and will be returned after checking out with no spending left to pay.
• Full prepaid of rental price upon arrival.
• Cleaning once a week.
• Bathing stuffs, drinking water and more are not provided.
• The reservation will be confirmed after deposit is done.
• Deposit non refund for cancellation, early check out or no show.
